By accessing or using FirstDay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using FirstDay on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. The Service
FirstDay is a pre-Day-1 employee onboarding and training platform. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the policies, documents, and training content you upload or generate. You grant FirstDay a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse FirstDay, including by uploading unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the service, or infringing the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation
Paid plans and credits are billed as described at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your account.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
FirstDay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstDay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
